Orders

All products are available to buy online. We maintain a high level of security and offer secure shopping and payment facilities including Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal.

 

Our shipping rates are based on the volumes ordered and will be calculated in the shopping basket. We use a fully trackable Next Day Delivery Service to most UK Postcodes*, keeping our customers updated with real time tracking information. Free shipping is available on all orders over £225* exclusions apply. We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, if you would like us to deliver to any other address please email sales@nvboxes.co.uk detailing your requirements for an international shipping quote. 

 

We aim to despatch orders placed online by the next working day however, this is not guaranteed. Please note if any products are out of stock at the time of ordering we will be in touch to advise on a delivery date shortly after.

 

Returns

It is important to us that you're happy with your NV Boxes purchase. If you're not satisfied you will be able to return it within 30 days. We ask that all items are packaged safely and securely, ideally in the original packaging. The product must be in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund. You will need to pay the returns postage, so we recommend you use a tracked service since you are responsible for your parcel until it has been received into our warehouse. We regret we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. 

 

Arranging a Return

To request a refund or exchange simply email sales@nvboxes.co.uk quoting your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a returns reference and the relevant returns address.
