Returns

It is important to us that you're happy with your NV Boxes purchase. If you're not satisfied you will be able to return it within 30 days. We ask that all items are packaged safely and securely, ideally in the original packaging. The product must be in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund. You will need to pay the returns postage, so we recommend you use a tracked service since you are responsible for your parcel until it has been received into our warehouse. We regret we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Arranging a Return 

To request a refund or exchange simply email sales@nvboxes.co.uk quoting your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a returns reference and the relevant returns address.
