Returns

It is important to us that you're happy with your NV Boxes purchase. If you're not satisfied you will be able to return it within 30 days. We ask that all items are packaged safely and securely, ideally in the original packaging. The product must be in a saleable condition to qualify for a refund. You will need to pay the returns postage, so we recommend you use a tracked service since you are responsible for your parcel until it has been received into our warehouse. We regret we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Arranging a Return

To request a refund or exchange simply email sales@nvboxes.co.uk or fill our our contact form quoting your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a returns reference and the relevant returns address. Please do not send goods without completing this step as we will not be held liable for returns posted to the wrong address.

Exchanges

There are 2 methods of going about an exchange depending on your preference and how urgently you need the replacement items

1) Quickest: Place a new order online (making payment in full) for the replacement goods which will be processed with our usual speediness. Return your unwanted items at your leisure within the 30 days following the process above and you will receive a full refund for the returned items (subject to goods arriving with us intact).

2) Not In A Rush: First return unwanted items following process above but make sure to let us know that you wish to exchange them. When we receive the items we will then process a credit for the returned items and will send you an invoice/credit for the difference after processing the order for the replacement items after which they will be shipped to you.
