1. ACCEPTANCE:
All orders accepted by the Seller will be subject to these conditions of sale.
2. PRICE:
All prices are exclusive of carriage charges which shall be payable in addition to the price of the Goods. Prices are not guaranteed although every effort is made to maintain them.
3. PLACING AN ORDER WITH NV BOXES:
You can order from NV Boxes in the following ways:
When you place an order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. This email is produced automatically and confirms the details that you have given us. It is a receipt of order but it is not confirmation that we can fulfil the order. If we cannot for any reason fulfil the order we will contact you directly. Confirmation of fulfilment will be received in the form of a dispatch email. This will include how to track your order if a tracking number is available. This is dependent on the service used to dispatch the order. We store the contract's content and will send you the details of your order as well as our general terms via e-mail. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in "My account".
NV Boxes may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time.
4. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS:
Ownership of goods sold shall, not with standing delivery, remain with the Seller until the Seller has received full payment for such Goods. Until full payment has been made, the Seller may at any time (and without prejudice to any of its other rights) recover or resell the Goods or any part of them and may enter on the Buyer’s premises for this purpose. The Buyer may not resell the Goods to which the Seller retains title unless he informs his Buyer of this Condition of Sale prior to such resale.
5.TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Prices and carriage charges are strictly net and payment is due in advance of goods being received. No set-off for any reason will be allowed.
6.DELIVERY:
We aim for next working day delivery on all orders placed before 11am, however the delivery time quoted is an estimate only and shall not be considered a contractual obligation. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss of damage sustained by the Buyer due to the Seller’s inability to maintain the delivery times quoted. The goods will be at the Buyer’s risk when delivered to the Buyer.
7. DAMAGED GOODS and CLAIMS:
Any shortage or damage must be reported in writing to the Seller within three days of receipt of the goods otherwise, claims cannot be considered.
8. CANCELLATION:
Please check your delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls as soon as possible. If you would like to return your order, simply send it back to us at your own expense in an unused and resellable condition. To arrange a return, please contact us on sales@nvboxes.co.uk stating your order number and the reason for return. This must be done within 30 days of the delivery date.

General Conditions

- Price Changes: We aim to maintain displayed and previously quoted prices. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices in response to exceptional cost increases at any time.
Dispatch of Goods
- Payment Terms: Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received, except for purchases made on an established account.
Delivery Charges
- Additional Costs: Delivery costs are extra unless specified otherwise. We offer free shipping on orders over £499 to mainland UK.
- Address Change: If the delivery address changes after dispatch, additional courier charges for redirecting the delivery will apply.
Delivery Terms
- Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible using efficient courier services.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times, whether stated verbally or in writing, are estimates and not contractual obligations. Customers are responsible for receiving the delivery at the arranged time.
- Missed Deliveries: If delivery is missed, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection with the carrier directly.
Returns Policy
- Return Notification: Returns must be communicated within 28 days of delivery. Customers must provide a reason for the return.
- Cost of Returns: Customers will bear the cost of delivery and return shipping for goods ordered in error. Unauthorised returns will not be refunded. A restocking fee may apply.
- Condition of Returns: Refunds are issued once returned goods are verified to be in satisfactory and saleable condition.
Damage Claims / Incorrect Items
- Inspection on Delivery: It is the recipient’s responsibility to check goods upon delivery and note any damages.
- Notification of Issues: Any issues with missing, incorrect, or damaged items should be reported preferably within 24 hours and no later than 7 days from delivery. Only the first report of damages will be accepted.
- Handling Damaged Goods: Retain damaged goods until a refund or replacement is confirmed. We reserve the right to collect damaged items if necessary.
Account Payment Terms
- Non-Account Customers: Payment is required before dispatch via debit/credit card.
- Account Customers: Credit accounts are created at our discretion with NET payment terms of 30 days from the invoice date. Orders must include an official purchase order number.
Retention of Ownership
- Ownership: Title to the goods remains with NV Boxes until full payment is received. We reserve the right to recover goods in case of non-payment.
Product Suitability
- Product Listings: Products are listed for general information only. We reserve the right to alter, withdraw, or substitute items without notice.
